Scientists dig through 40-Year-Old data to unlock secrets of pregnancy

NCT ID NCT04595760

Summary

This study analyzes existing data and samples from a group of women who were trying to get pregnant in the 1980s. Researchers are looking back at their daily diaries, urine tests, and surveys to understand how things like drug use, air pollution, and lifestyle affect the ability to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to test a new treatment.
