Summary
This study compared two different fertility medications to help women undergoing IVF produce more eggs. Researchers tested whether a newer drug (follitropin delta) worked as well as a commonly used one (Gonal-F) when given at different starting doses. The goal was to find the most effective and safe approach to help women have more eggs retrieved for their IVF treatment.
