Summary

This study tests a fertility preservation decision aid for young cancer survivors (ages 16+) and their parents. The goal is to see if the aid reduces unmet information needs about fertility status, parenthood goals, and storage fees. About 358 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the decision aid plus standard information or standard information alone.
