First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a traditional fermented grape drink called hardaliye can reduce pain and other symptoms in women with fibromyalgia. Researchers will compare three groups over 8 weeks: one group follows a personalized diet and drinks hardaliye daily, another follows only the diet, and a third drinks only hardaliye. The goal is to see if the drink lowers inflammation and oxidative stress, leading to less pain and better quality of life.
