Fenugreek seeds tested as a natural remedy for metabolic syndrome
NCT ID NCT07056712
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether taking fenugreek seed powder daily for 12 weeks can improve key signs of metabolic syndrome, such as waist size, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Researchers will compare fenugreek to a placebo in 28 adults aged 30 to 60 who have metabolic syndrome. The goal is to see if this common spice can help control the condition.
