First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is testing the long-term safety of combining two drugs, fenofibrate and ursodeoxycholic acid, for people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a chronic liver disease. About 300 adults who have already completed a related PBC study will take the combination and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe enough to help control the disease over time.
