This study aims to find out what physical and mental factors make female rugby and basketball players in Saudi Arabia more likely to get injured. Researchers will measure muscle strength, fitness levels, and psychological traits like confidence and resilience in 60 athletes aged 18-35. The goal is to create better injury prevention strategies and support the growth of women's sports in the country.
