Summary
This study tests a drug called felzartamab in people who received a kidney transplant and later developed microvascular inflammation (MVI), a type of injury to small blood vessels in the new kidney that can lead to serious problems. The trial includes 81 participants who will receive either felzartamab or a placebo for 24 weeks, followed by an open-label phase where everyone gets the drug. Researchers will check for signs of inflammation through kidney biopsies and lab tests over about a year.
