First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a group version of the Feeling Safe Programme, a type of cognitive behavioral therapy, can help people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder feel less paranoid and improve their quality of life. About 50 participants will either receive the group therapy plus their usual care, or just usual care. The goal is to see if the group format is effective and easier to deliver than individual therapy.
