Summary

This study is testing which feeding tube method works better for patients with severe lung failure (ARDS) who are on a ventilator and lying face down. It will compare feeding directly into the stomach versus feeding past the stomach into the small intestine. The goal is to see which method helps patients get the nutrition they need more safely and effectively.
