Summary
This study tested whether providing medically tailored meals, grocery vouchers, or a combination can improve health in low-resource families. 56 adults and children with food insecurity and conditions like type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure took part. Researchers measured changes in weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar over time.
