Researchers probe link between eating struggles and happiness in Tube-Dependent kids

NCT ID NCT06893458

Summary

This study aims to understand if children with a tracheostomy tube (a breathing tube in the neck) who have trouble eating or swallowing also report a lower quality of life. Researchers will observe 80 children and their parents, using questionnaires to measure quality of life and feeding difficulties. The goal is to gather information to potentially improve care and support for these children and families in the future.
