Summary
This study tests a new program to help families of children with feeding tubes (like G-tubes or NG-tubes) leave the hospital more prepared. About 20 children and their caregivers will either get the special discharge program or usual care. The goal is to see if better education and planning reduces emergency room visits and improves caregiver knowledge.
