Summary

This study tests whether transplanting a patient's own fecal bacteria can prevent acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after a stem cell transplant. GVHD is a serious condition where donor cells attack the patient's body. The trial will enroll 100 bone marrow transplant patients and compare those who receive the fecal transplant to those who do not.
