Poop pills may restore cancer drug power in lung patients

Summary
This study tests whether taking a special fecal transplant (MaaT033) alongside an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab) can help overcome resistance caused by prior antibiotic use in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 162 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or the doctor's best alternative treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can better control the cancer.
