Poop transplant trial aims to rescue liver cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT07276100
Summary
This study is testing if a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) can help patients with advanced liver cancer whose disease got worse while on standard drug therapy. Participants will receive the FMT and then restart the same cancer drugs to see if their response improves. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and if it can get the cancer under control again.
