Summary

This large observational study aims to identify what causes fevers and how they affect patients in rural areas of Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Bangladesh. Researchers will enroll 7,200 people of all ages who visit health facilities with a recent fever. By collecting samples and tracking recovery for 28 days, the study seeks to gather crucial data to guide better future treatments and support tools for local health workers.
