Grocery gift cards and education aim to break cycle of pregnancy health risks

Summary
This study is testing a community program designed to help pregnant women eat healthier during and after pregnancy. The program provides nutrition education, social support, and grocery gift cards to address food access barriers. Researchers will enroll 40 pregnant women to see if the program improves eating habits, health confidence, and reduces risks for obesity and diabetes.
