Summary

This study looks at how fatigue affects walking and balance in people with Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 1A (CMT1A), a common inherited nerve disorder. Researchers will compare 44 participants (22 with CMT1A and 22 healthy volunteers) using muscle tests, brain stimulation, and movement tracking. The goal is to better understand fatigue so doctors can improve care and therapy for patients.
