Scientists probe hidden fatigue in nerve disease

Summary
This study aims to better understand the fatigue experienced by people with Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 1A (CMT1A), a genetic nerve disorder. Researchers will measure how fatigue affects walking and balance by comparing 44 people with CMT1A to healthy volunteers using special tests and questionnaires. The goal is to gather detailed information to help improve future care and management for this common symptom.
