Summary

This study tests whether aerobic exercise or cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce severe fatigue in people with myasthenia gravis, a muscle weakness disease. Researchers will compare these approaches to usual care in 60 adults with stable MG. The goal is to find practical ways to improve daily energy and quality of life.
