First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a non-drug program combining physical exercise, nutritional advice, and psychological support can reduce fatigue in people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). Researchers will enroll 64 adults with moderate to severe fatigue to see if the program improves quality of life and thinking skills. The study also aims to understand how fatigue develops by looking at brain activity, immune markers, and muscle cell changes.
