Summary
This study looked at 377 people with knee osteoarthritis who needed total knee replacement. It compared what happens when surgeons remove a small fat pad at the front of the knee versus leaving it in place. The goal was to see which approach leads to better pain relief, daily function, and quality of life one year after surgery.
