Summary
This study looks at how Semaglutide, a diabetes drug that also helps with weight loss, changes the amount of fat stored inside the heart and leg muscles. Researchers will use special MRI scans to measure fat levels in 60 adults with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to understand if reducing fat in these organs improves health beyond just blood sugar control.
