Summary

This pilot study tests whether a buried fat flap (taken from the thigh) is safe and helpful for reducing neck problems like pain, stiffness, swelling, and trouble swallowing after head and neck cancer treatment. About 12 adults who need a second neck surgery after radiation will receive the flap. Researchers will track complications and ask participants about their quality of life.
