NCT ID NCT07500831
First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 5-day fasting-mimicking diet can improve the effectiveness and safety of standard first-line drugs (toripalimab plus axitinib) for people with advanced kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. About 43 adults with clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have not had prior systemic therapy will participate. The main goal is to check side effects, and secondary goals include tumor shrinkage and how long the cancer stays controlled.
