First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study follows adults aged 30-65 who previously lost fat and improved heart risk factors using a Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) or FMD plus a Longevity Diet. Over one year, participants continue periodic 5-day FMD cycles every three months to see if they can maintain at least half of their fat loss and health gains. The goal is to learn whether these dietary plans can produce lasting benefits for weight and cardiovascular health.
