Summary
This study aims to better understand and treat fasting hypoglycemia, a condition where blood sugar drops too low. Researchers will test 1,500 adults with documented low blood sugar or insulin-secreting tumors. Participants undergo supervised fasting and blood tests to find the cause and receive appropriate medical or surgical care.
