Summary

This study looked at whether a 7-day guided fast could help breast cancer patients who have joint and muscle pain from their hormone therapy (aromatase inhibitors). 54 patients took part to see if fasting was possible and if it improved their pain and daily life. The goal was to gather information for a larger future study.
