First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (elranatamab and daratumumab) can work as well as or better than a stem cell transplant for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. About 100 adults who have already had initial treatment will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see which approach better eliminates cancer cells deep in the bone marrow.
