Summary
This study is testing if a shorter, more intense course of radiation can better relieve pain and control tumors in patients with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot be cured. It will compare this new approach to standard, longer radiation schedules. The main goal is to see which treatment better improves patients' symptoms and quality of life.
