Summary
This study is comparing two different recovery plans for people who have had a total hip replacement. One group follows a standard recovery plan, while the other follows a 'fast-track' plan designed to get patients home from the hospital sooner. The main goal is to see if the faster plan is just as good as the standard one in terms of hip function, pain, and overall quality of life, while safely reducing the hospital stay.
