First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how chemotherapy for early-stage gastroesophageal cancer changes a person's physical abilities over time. Researchers will follow 72 adults before, during, and after treatment to measure strength, balance, and walking speed. The goal is to better understand the impact of treatment on daily function, not to test a new drug or cure.
