Quick Finger-Prick test aims to better protect Diabetics' kidneys

NCT ID NCT06684990

Summary

This study is testing whether using a fast, in-clinic blood test for key diabetes markers helps doctors better manage the disease and protect patients' kidney health over time. It involves 222 adults with diabetes who are receiving regular care. The goal is to see if getting test results during the same clinic visit leads to better long-term health outcomes compared to waiting for lab results.
