Can a simple back release fix volleyball Players' shoulders?
NCT ID NCT07478562
Summary
This study tested whether a hands-on technique to release tight tissue in the lower back could improve shoulder blade position and arm function in teenage volleyball players. Fifty-one players with shoulder issues did shoulder exercises for eight weeks, and half also received the special back release treatment. Researchers measured changes in shoulder movement, stability, and function to see if the extra treatment helped.
