Inclusion Criteria: A total of 80 healthy volunteers aged 18 years or older were included in the study. Participants had no current or previous serious musculoskeletal injury, pain, or neurological disorder affecting the upper extremity within the past six months Exclusion Criteria: Individuals were excluded if they were pregnant; regularly participated in high-level athletic training or competitive sports, had a history of skin allergy to adhesive materials; or had previous kinesiotaping application within the last month.
