New eye injection schedule tested to fight leading cause of vision loss

Summary
This study aims to see if a flexible dosing schedule for faricimab eye injections can effectively control 'wet' age-related macular degeneration, a major cause of vision loss in older adults. It will enroll 64 patients who have not yet received treatment for this condition. Researchers will also measure specific proteins in the eye's fluid to better understand how the treatment works.
