New heart procedure tested for safety in 228 patients with irregular heartbeat

Summary
This study follows 228 people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) who received a treatment called FARAPULSE pulsed field ablation. The goal is to see if the procedure is safe and effectively stops abnormal heart rhythms for at least a year. Participants are monitored for serious side effects and whether their heart rhythm stays normal without needing more drugs or procedures.
