Summary

This study evaluates the FARAPULSE system, a catheter-based device that uses pulsed electric fields to treat atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat). About 275 adults with this condition will undergo a standard ablation procedure using this system. The goal is to see if it safely and effectively restores normal heart rhythm without the need for long-term medication.
