Can High-Tech fabric boost a Cyclist's ride?

NCT ID NCT07503977

Summary

This study looked at whether clothing made with special far-infrared emitting fibers affects a cyclist's body temperature, heart rate, and performance during exercise. Nine young competitive cyclists wore either the experimental clothing or regular gear while riding in a lab. Researchers measured their temperature, heart rate, oxygen use, and power output to see if the clothing made any difference.
