Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET imaging (Al18F-NOTA-FAPI-04) to see if it can better detect and guide treatment for cancers, heart problems, and immune diseases like hyperthyroidism. About 600 adults will receive the imaging agent and be monitored for safety and accuracy. The goal is to improve diagnosis and treatment planning for these serious conditions.
