Summary

This study aims to understand how and why people with Fanconi anemia develop certain cancers, particularly in the mouth, throat, and genital areas. Researchers will regularly screen 200 participants aged 8 and older over 10 years to track early warning signs and disease progression. The goal is to gather information that could lead to better cancer detection methods and screening guidelines for this high-risk population.
