Summary
This study is testing a family coaching program to see if it can lower the risk of obesity and heart disease in children. It involves 500 children, aged 5 to 10, and their families. The program uses smartphone tips, home visits, and video feedback of family meals over 6 months to help improve eating habits and the quality of family dinners.
