Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help families become more active and prevent weight gain. Researchers worked with 30 parent-child pairs who weren't getting enough exercise to try the app for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if families found the app easy to use and helpful for increasing their physical activity together.
