Summary
This study tests whether diabetes education delivered in churches by community health workers can help Marshallese families better manage type 2 diabetes. Up to 288 people with diabetes and their family members will learn together about managing the condition. The main goal is to see if this approach improves long-term blood sugar control and other health measures.
