This study tested a program called Family Connections for HIV-positive youth aged 15-21 and their caregivers in Zambia. The goal was to help teens manage their HIV by achieving an undetectable viral load and reducing self-stigma through family support. Over 1,300 participants joined group sessions to improve medication adherence and well-being. Results aim to fill gaps in HIV care for young people in Africa.
