Can family life predict depression treatment success in teens?
NCT ID NCT07283419
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at 163 teens with major depression to see if family environment (like conflict or closeness) and thinking skills (like attention and planning) could predict how well they respond to a treatment combining brain stimulation (rTMS) and group therapy. The goal was to find clues that help doctors personalize care. The study is complete and focused on understanding, not testing a new cure.
