Can a local training program boost confidence in preventing falls?
NCT ID NCT06946303
Summary
This study looked at a local training program designed to help care home staff feel more confident in preventing and managing falls among residents. Researchers surveyed staff before and after the program, observed training meetings, and interviewed participants to understand what topics were covered and whether confidence improved. The goal was to learn what makes the program work so similar efforts could be set up elsewhere.
