Care homes team up to tackle dangerous falls

This study brought together care home residents, their families, staff, and healthcare professionals to design a better system for preventing falls in older adults living in care facilities. Through a series of workshops, participants created a new model that could include training programs, safety audits, and improved reporting processes. The goal was to develop practical tools that care homes can use to reduce fall risks and keep residents safer.
