Summary
This study is testing whether specific training for neck coordination and eye movements can improve balance and reduce the risk of falls in older adults. It involves 40 participants aged 65 to 85 who are generally healthy and mobile. Researchers will measure changes in balance, strength, and confidence to see if this training is a helpful prevention strategy.
